Booking Policy

In order to schedule your appointment online we ask you to observe and agree to the following :

First Time Guests

If you have never been to Salon Volo before please consider calling to make your first appointment so we can allow the proper timing for your services. You may book online but please make sure to choose "New Guest Consultation" as your FIRST service in addition to the other services you wish to enjoy. Note: Rob is not accecpting new clients

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your appointment please call the salon at least 24 hours in advace to avoid a No Show/Cancellation fee equal to 50% of the services booked. You can cancel and/or reschedule on line too.

Help Desk

If you don't see the service you would like to reserve or if you are having difficulty finding the appointment time/day you want, please call the salon and we will happily assist you.

Confirmation email

Please check your email after reserving an appointment to make sure the date, time and services are correct. You will receive an additional confirmation 3 days before and a text confirmation 1 day before.

Online Gift Cards

Online Gift Cards are electronic gift cards. You will not receive an actual gift card. You can choose to email the electronic gift card to yourself or you can choose to email it to someone else. We can look up the gift card by name or email in the salon so a printed copy is not necessary.
